Bernard Ndayishimiye

Bernard Ndayishimiye brings two degrees, two countries, and one clear conviction to everything he does at Bridge2Charity. Currently pursuing a degree in Electrical Engineering Technology at ULK and a Bachelor of Science in Entrepreneurial Leadership at African Leadership University, Bernard serves as Volunteer & Members Lead at B2C, identifying, engaging, and bringing in the volunteers who make B2C's programs possible. Originally from Kirundo, Burundi, he joined B2C believing that Education is the most powerful tool for transforming communities, and he has since made it his mission to ensure the right people are always in the room to make that transformation happen. Beyond recruitment, Bernard is deeply interested in entrepreneurship and youth leadership, the intersection of building something and bringing others along. He values integrity and collaboration above all, and believes that meaningful change happens not when we wait to be called, but when we simply show up.
