Charity Uwera

Charity Uwera knows that the most important thing about impact is making sure people see results, not just words. A Software Development graduate from World Mission High School and an Isomo Scholar (Cohort III) who completed her College Prep program at Bridge2Rwanda/Isomo Academy, Charity serves as Content Manager within B2C's Communications team, driving visibility across all departments and ensuring that the work happening in every program is not only seen but felt, celebrated, and translated into action. Charity joined B2C believing that Education is the most powerful tool for transformation, and has since deepened that conviction: transformation without a story is change that no one can carry forward. Beyond her role, Charity is passionate about the intersection of storytelling and technology, using both to forge the kind of human connections that turn a moment of impact into a movement. She values communication, accountability, respect, and stewardship, knowing that trust, inside an organization and with the communities it serves, is built slowly, action by action, and choice by choice.
