Gad Mucyo believes that leadership is not about authority; it is about providing the conditions people need to achieve. A student of Entrepreneurial Leadership at African Leadership University, Gad serves as Operations & Support Lead at Bridge2Charity, the person behind the scenes, ensuring that the internal systems, coordination, and processes that hold B2C's programs together run with clarity and purpose. In this role, he works across multiple teams to strengthen how the organization operates, remove friction in execution, and ensure that every B2C initiative lands with the impact it was designed to create. What drives him is personal; Gad's commitment to educational equity is rooted in his own experience of navigating barriers to learning, and that experience has shaped a leader who does not just talk about building systems for young people but builds them. Beyond his operational role, he is passionate about organizational development, social innovation, and youth leadership, and he believes that when young people are given the right structure and support, there is no ceiling to what they can contribute. He values accountability, teamwork, and leadership that is anchored in purpose rather than position, and he brings all three to his work at B2C every day.
